The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the courier partner’s service in your area.   3. Maximum and minimum shipping timeline: We take a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 28 days to ship out orders.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and the courier partner’s website link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
  5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  6. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery of your package. If you are unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempts, please contact the courier company directly to arrange an alternative delivery time or pickup from their facility.
  7. Non-Serviceable Areas: In some cases, our courier partners may not offer delivery services to certain remote or inaccessible areas. If your delivery address falls within such an area, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

International Shipping:

For deliveries outside India, the charges will be based on the weight and volume of the product and the country of delivery. Shipping charges for other countries will be provided by our team on inquiry.

Maximum and minimum shipping timeline: We take a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 28 days to ship out orders. Once shipped the shipment takes 4-6 working days to get delivered.

What is the difference between Flat / Box Packaging?

Flat Packaging:

Flat packaging is designed for customers who are comfortable receiving outfits that may appear squeezed and creased due to their voluminous and structured nature. Our outfits are not typically foldable due to their flair and structure. As a result, they tend to occupy more space when packed, in compliance with international logistics regulations. While flat packaging reduces volume, it may cause outfits to appear more compressed upon delivery.

However, we want to assure you that if you choose flat packaging, we provide continuous assistance to restore the dress to its original shape. We offer guidance through video tutorials via WhatsApp. This ensures that your outfit regains its intended appearance once you notify us and share an image of the dress.

Box Packaging:

Box packaging is an alternative option for customers who prefer their outfits to be packed in a way that minimizes compression. Even though the outfits in box packaging are still somewhat squeezed to reduce volume, they retain their shape better compared to flat packaging.

For customers who opt for box packaging and encounter any compression-related issues, we offer video assistance via WhatsApp to help them restore the dress to its intended shape. Simply notify us and share an image of the dress, and we’ll guide you through the process.

This way, we aim to provide the best possible experience, whether you choose flat or box packaging, by ensuring your outfit returns to its original condition with our assistance.

What is VianahKids.COM’s Delivery Policy? When will I receive my order??

What if my product doesn’t arrive on time?

We work hard to create and send your product as quickly as we can. We’ll also send you updates and tracking information by email and phone. But remember, the delivery times we mention are just guesses, and we can’t promise they’ll be exact.

Most of the time, your package will come either a little early or maybe a day or two late if there are any problems with the delivery.

If you think your package is stuck or you haven’t heard anything about it for a while, please tell us. We want to know so we can talk to the delivery people and find out what’s happening. We’ll keep you in the loop and work to fix things as fast as we can.

How  do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email. You will also be notified on wats app (recipient of delivery address) from our verified number for all details

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

Why is it crucial to provide accurate and reachable contact information for the recipient during the ordering process?

      1. It is essential to provide accurate phone details of the recipient of the parcel(delivery address to coordinate parcel delivery)

      1. According to courier laws after Covid, the courier person will call and confirm all details before delivery.

    1. If the courier person does not receive any response on calls after three attempts, the courier will be considered as Return to Origin (RTO), and the customer will bear the charges for the same. The company will not be responsible for any refunds in such a situation.

What taxes or fees should I expect to pay fo rorders delivered outside of India, and who is responsible for these charges?

For orders delivered outside of India, customers are responsible for paying any customs charges, taxes, or additional duties that may apply.

Are there any duties and taxes?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. Vianah Kids Couture will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

What happens if I fail to pay local taxes for my shipment?

 

      • If the customer fails to clear or fulfil the local customs requirements within 5 days from the date of arrival at the destination, the shipment will automatically be returned to the origin.

      • If duty, taxes/VAT are levied, the customer must pay for delivery.

      • If the consignee fails or denies to pay customs charges or any import fees, we reserve the right to instruct the delivery partner to ask to destroy the parcel kept on hold by the customs authorities of the receiving country to avoid any extra charges on us.

      • We will notify the customer in such a scenario and take necessary steps to answer the authorities accordingly, but we will not refund any amount of purchase made in such cases.

      • In case of failure to clear or fulfil local customs requirements, the actual charges charged by the shipping company will be cut from the amount paid by the customer or adjusted from the purchase made by the customer.

    • Please note that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

 

How does Vianah Kids Couture handle incorrector incomplete delivery addresses and RTO parcels?

 

      • Vianah Kids Couture requests customers to provide accurate delivery addresses and phone numbers.

      • The courier may call to confirm details before delivery as per courier laws. If there is no response, the parcel is considered RTO (returned to origin).

      • In case of RTO parcels, Vianah Kids Couture charges to-and-fro shipping fees from the customer.

      • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details. Any mistakes or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or return of the parcel.

      • Additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Vianah Kids Couture will not refund any amount in such situations.

      • If a customer is not reachable, not available, or refuses delivery of the product, Vianah Kids Couture reserves the right to deduct RTO and other charges as per actuals borne by Vianah Kids Couture.

    • The product will be sent back only after the excess payment made by Vianah Kids Couture, with any additional shipping charges as per actuals.

 

What is the process to redirect an order after it has been submitted?

 

      • If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, you can request an address replacement by contacting Vianah Kids Couture at vianahkidscouture@gmail.com with your order number details.

    • However, please note that once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address and shipping mode.

 

Can you deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

Vianah Kids Couture is currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions and delivery limitations.
